Terms of Service – 6th Mind App

By downloading or using the 6th Mind App, you agree to the following terms of service provided by Sixth Technology Ltd ("we", "our", or "the Company"), based in Bulgaria.

1. Use of the App

The 6th Mind App is intended for informational and wellness support purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or medical treatment. Use of the app is voluntary and at your own discretion.

2. User Registration

To use the full functionality of the app, you may be required to provide your name and email address. You are responsible for providing accurate information.

3. Data and Feedback

You may voluntarily complete questionnaires to personalize your experience. These answers are not personally identifiable and are used to improve app functionality.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and technology used in the app are owned by Sixth Technology Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any harm resulting from use or inability to use the app.

6. 6th Mind Premium: subscriptions, free trial and cancellation

The 6th Mind App is free. On our website you can buy individual paid packs (a one-time purchase that stays yours) or subscribe to 6th Mind Premium, which unlocks every paid pack and extra Session creator features for as long as the subscription is active. Payments are processed by Stripe, and prices are shown before you pay.

Premium renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. If the price ever changes, we'll tell you by email in advance.

Some Premium plans start with a free trial. You add a payment card when you start; nothing is charged during the trial. We email you a reminder at least 3 days before it ends. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is charged at the end of the trial. One free trial per account.

You can cancel anytime: on our website (the account menu or the Premium page), from the link in our emails, or in the 6th Mind App (My Profile). If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel later, Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and doesn't renew.

When Premium ends, paid packs you installed through it are removed from your account. Packs you bought separately stay yours.

Forgot to cancel? Email [email protected] within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can also withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of starting it by emailing us; we'll refund any payment taken in that period in full.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
