This Privacy Policy explains how Sixth Technology Ltd ("we", "our", or "the Company") collects and uses data when you use the 6th Mind App.

1. What we collect

We collect your name and email address for registration purposes. Additionally, we collect non-identifiable data from your questionnaire responses to personalize and improve your experience.

To create and manage your user profile
To recommend personalized AVE session sequences
To improve app performance and functionality
To respond to user feedback
To send you important service communications about your account, security, and material changes to the app or these terms

3. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Only authorized personnel have access to your personal data.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except when legally required.

5. Communications

We may contact you by email for two distinct purposes:

Service communications: messages necessary to provide the app, such as account and security notices, responses to your requests, and notifications about material changes to the app, these terms, or this Privacy Policy. Because these are essential to the service, they are sent to all registered users and cannot be opted out of while you keep an account.
Marketing communications: optional messages about new features, session packs, offers, and news. We send these only with your prior consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the service communications above.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above.

Account data: retained while your account is active. You can delete your account directly from the app at any time — in that case the account and the personal data associated with it are deleted immediately. If you request deletion by email at [email protected], we process the request and erase your personal data within 30 days.
Backups: residual copies of data in our encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days of deletion as part of our standard backup rotation cycle.
Legal exceptions: where applicable law requires a longer retention period (for example, accounting records under Bulgarian law), we retain the minimum data necessary to meet that obligation.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Your continued use of the app implies acceptance of the changes.
